Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Clovis, New Mexico. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a swimming pool; and for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Plan, design and construct a Wellness/Youth Development Center to include an aquatic fitness center and indoor recreation facility. Improvements will include improvements to existing facilities.
