Renovation of a medical facility in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and medical facility.
They are identified below, namely: 1.1 Insulation and vapor barrier / air barrier - Supply, handling and installation for all the works described in the architectural plans and the specifications section 07 21 13, 07 21 19 and 07 27 13, as well as division 01; - All insulation work and vapor barrier / air barrier membrane required to complete all work, but not limited to: o Vapor barrier and air barrier, including intramural flashings, sheet steel membrane supports, overlap with other watertight structures and all necessary accessories; o Coverings and necessary accessories; o Panel insulation, including anchors, overlap with insulation works made by others and all necessary accessories; o Foam insulation projected at but not limited to the following locations; davit bases, around the steel frames of rolling doors, overlapping with insulation works made by others and all necessary accessories; o Cleaning and preparation of surfaces for the installation of the materials of this call for tenders; o Compliance with LEED V4 requirements according to the requirements of the specifications sections; - Provision of labor, materials, equipment, scaffolding and tools required to perform all insulation and vapor barrier / air barrier membrane work specified in plans and specifications, including coordination with other specialties ; - All tests, adjustments, balancing and commissioning of the systems related to your work; The tenderers of this lot must include in their bid all the works included in the plans and specifications issued by the MSDL and Stantec, for the realization of the works. (REFERENCE LIST OF DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED FOR SUBMISSION). 1.2 Complementary Work, Clarifications and / or Other Work Included in the Contract - The scope of work included in the contract consists of all the work or requirements described in the tender documents without exclusion, unless specifically mentioned. in the next section; - Delivery, unloading, lifting and handling of your materials, equipment and tools from the point of delivery to the place of installation / storage; - Handling of your storage location to the place of installation if applicable, including handling for moving your storage location at the request of the Superintendent; - Protection of your equipment and equipment If stored on the site, you are responsible for coordinating the storage location and how it is done according to the manufacturer / supplier's recommendations; - Provide the necessary manpower and equipment for the lockout and warning procedures according to the security requirements for your work; - Provide compliance inspection certificates for all construction equipment and / or scaffolding used on the site; - Provide certificates of compliance, reports, tests and warranty as required in the specifications; - Plan the daily cleaning related to your work, provide the necessary equipment for the collection of waste and their disposal; - Provide the specific prevention program for your work and ensure the application of the safety standards required by the contractor; - Coordination of your work with the other specialties and the superintendent of the general contractor; - Provide monitoring and permits for all hot work; - Coordination of shipments to the site with the Superintendent, please plan to notify the Superintendent at least 48 hours in advance; - Provide a table of shop drawings and data sheets to be provided to professionals for their approval; - Carry out the final cleaning of the surfaces affected by your work once the installation is complete, as directed by the Superintendent of the General Contractor; - Provide and install all the security measures required for the execution of your work, including the control of debris and dust; - Provide shop drawings, data sheets, samples, installation certificates and any other required maintenance documents according to the sections of specifications involved in your work, see the list of works descriptions; - Provide the necessary technical support and training sessions to the Owner's stakeholders to ensure the proper understanding of the required systems according to the sections of the specifications involved in your work, see the list in the description of the work; - Be sure to respect the air quality management plan, dust control, for all your work. 1.3 Excluded Work - Electricity Consumption Charge; - Waste container. 2. TIME FRAME The subcontractor undertakes to complete all the work of this call for tenders according to the details below: - Work will begin in April 2018; - The work must be completed no later than mid-May 2018; - Shop drawings should be submitted as soon as possible after receipt of the letter of award from the CHUSJ.
