Some of the projects include: Northside garages: A $67 million project that is underway to build more than 3,000 new parking spaces across two garages. The project is slated to be completed by the end of 2024. Various cruise projects: The port identified $28 million in cruise rehabilitation and new projects that consist of passenger boarding bridges, parking system enhancements, HVAC, elevators/escalators and placeholder funding for the design of a new terminal. Road, utilities, infrastructure and cargo projects: The port has $27 million earmarked for various road, cargo pier rehab and stormwater projects. North Cargo Berth 4: This involved the remaining $25 million of a $38 million rehabilitation project of an existing cargo berth that has been offline and will help support the port's business expansion. That project is slated to be finished by the third quarter of next year.
