Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The scope of work consists of the milling of the existing pavement and placement of a new pavement top course for the entire project corridor. The project also includes miscellaneous full depth pavement repairs, replacement of broken or missing curb, hazardous sidewalk section replacement, upgrading sidewalk curb ramps to ADA standards, water service replacement and placement of new pavement markings. This Contract Contains NEW Minority and Woman Business (M/WBE) Enterprise Requirements and Workforce Goals. This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents. This Contract Contains Apprenticeship Training Requirements.
