Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of 11/15/2021 project was not yet been awarded. No estimated time frame yet. The project consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials, labor, services, supervision, tools, equipment, including all associated permits, and all other items necessary for the successful completion of the project, which shall include all structural column and slab remediation as described below and identified in the construction documents. The scope entails the following: demolition; concrete restoration and steel rehabilitation of the existing 140+ columns located in the basement; placement of a new floor slab; and installation of a new waterproofing membrane system over the existing basement. As part of the scope of work, the contractor will need to repair/reinforce/protect the existing steel columns, place temporary shoring, phase all of the construction, fire alarm, fire protection, drainage, plumbing work and have dewatering onsite.
