The Construction Manager shall provide design review and cost estimating and all preconstruction phase services necessary to establish a GMP for each project. Construction shall include renovation and repair and other Work as may be required by the Owner. Construction shall incorporate all of the requirements set forth in the permitted Construction Documents, School District of Palm Beach County Master Specifications, District Design Criteria, State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) 2014, Florida Administrative Code (FAC) and Florida Building Code.
