For the improvement of a certain section of STATE ROUTE 2002, Sec 550 in Susquehanna COUNTY, Lathrop Township. The location of the project is as follows: From a point near the intersection with SR 3023 at Segment 0060 Offset 1210 (STA 34+97.4) to a point approximately 1 mile Southwest from SR 2009 at Segment 0070 Offset 0261 (STA 39+00) along SR 2002, with a total work area length of 342.19 feet (0.065 miles). The project involves the replacement of an existing deteriorated 12' diameter corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culvert with a single span concrete PA bulb-tee beam bridge over Lakeside Pond Outlet. The approach roadway work will extend approximately 75 to the southwest and 160' to the northeast of the bridge approach slabs. Traffic will be maintained via an approved detour route. Other work includes excavation, full depth bituminous paving bridge approach, E & S control measures, drainage, guiderail, landscaping, temporary traffic control, signing, pavement markings, culvert removal, bridge pile foundation and other miscellaneous construction work.
