The Agency (Homes for Good Housing Agency) will be accepting Bids from licensed and bonded contractors for the installation of siding over existing panel siding; removal and replacement of existing damaged siding; replacement of windows & trim; and full exterior paint at a Pengra Court apartment complex located at 1038-1124 R Street, Springfield, Oregon. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, inspections, and all necessary fees and costs in the performance of the project work. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the incorporated Request for Bids, Drawings, Specifications, federal, state, and local codes and regulations, and to the highest industry standards.
