The Lyndhurst Board of Education, Lyndhurst, New Jersey, will be receiving sealed bids at the Board Offices located at 420 Fern Avenue, Lyndhurst, New Jersey 07071, for the following contracts: Building Additions to Roosevelt Elementary School (State Project #2860-110-17-1000) Building Additions to Columbus Elementary School (State Project #2860-060-17-1000). Every bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:2-1 et seq., the "Law Against Discrimination" and Affirmative Action, N.J.S.A. 10:5-1 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1, et seq. Pursuant to P.L. 2004 c. 57, all bids must be accompanied by a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the opening of the bids. No bids shall be received after the time designated in the advertisement (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(b)). The Lyndhurst Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informality in the bidding process in accordance with law if it is in the best interest of the Board of Education.
