PREQUALIFIED General Contractors only. The school would be approximately 200,000 sq ft and would include various instructional and operational areas consisting of classrooms, laboratories, music room, technology labs, gymnasium, change rooms, learning commons, cafeteria, a 1,000-seat theatre and various administration areas. It is proposed to construct a three-storey school with a capacity of approximately 1,500 students. The building program will also include all site works including parking, a storm water management system, a greenhouse, and a synthetic sports field and track.
