Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Tioga, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 20,807-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

Qualified bidders may submit bids for project as described in this Document. Submit bids according to the Instructions to Bidders A new 20,000 SF facility with office, meeting, library, play area, community, activity room; commercial kitchen and ancillary mechanical and electrical spaces. The building shell consists of precast walls with steel joist structure and ballasted EPDM roof. Interior walls will be metal stud with gypsum wall board and other Work as indicated in the Contract Documents. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Work is subject to liquidated damages. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. Unless a bidder obtains a contractor's license for the full amount of its bid within twenty days after it is determined the bidder is the lower responsible bidder, the bid must be rejected, and the contract awarded to the next lowest responsible bidder. No bid may be read or considered if the bid does not fully comply with the requirements of section 00 1158, Instructions to Bidders, and that any deficient bid submitted must be resealed and returned to the bidder immediately. The governing body reserves the right to reject any and all bids and rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to the Owner, will be required of the successful Bidder.
