Demolition, site work, new construction, remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Quebec, Quebec. Completed plans call for the construction of a five-story above grade, four-story below grade, 36-unit multi-residential development; retail development; for the renovation of a hospitality development; medical facility; and restaurant.
Redevelopment of the property at 11 cote du Palais and adjacent buildings in l'îlot Charlevoix area. Development of a complex bordered by the streets: rue Charlevoix, Hôtel-Dieu, Saint-Jean and Côte du Palais. The complex will include a new five-storey condominium with a landscaped green roof with swimming pool with underground parking; condominium will house 36 units on upper floors. The Hôtel du Vieux-Québec will be integrated into the complex. TIMELINE: Site work started in fall, 2024. Construction is expected to complete in 2027. Note: Construction is estimated at between $75,000,000 and $100,000,000.
