Demolition, site work, new construction, remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Quebec, Quebec. Design plans call for the construction of a five-story above grade, four-story below grade, 40-unit multi-residential development; retail development; for the renovation of a hospitality development; medical facility; and restaurant.
Redevelopment of the property at 11 cote du Palais and adjacent buildings in l'îlot Charlevoix area. Development of a complex bordered by the streets: rue Charlevoix, Hôtel-Dieu, Saint-Jean and Côte du Palais. The complex will include a new five-storey condominium with a landscaped green roof with swimming pool with underground parking; condominium will house 40 units starting from the third floor. The complex will have a central square with a specialized market on the lower floors. The fitness center, medical clinic, hair salon and a catering offer could also be set up there. The district history interpretation center will feature the Royal Stables integrated into a thematic restaurant. The Hôtel du Vieux-Québec will be integrated into the complex. TIMELINE: Project is at a preliminary stage. Project will be developed in phases. Construction is expected to start in 2027. Further update in fall, 2024. Note: Construction is estimated at between $75,000,000 and $100,000,000.
