Partial removal of existing steam box conduit and installation of approximately 180 lineal feet of direct buried steam and condensate pipe from Steam Pit 11 to the Murphy Library. Work includes utility protection, sidewalk removal and replacement and surface restoration. The new steam and condensate pipes will be reconnected to existing pipes within Steam Pit 11 and within the mechanical room of Murphy Library, and includes replacement of steam pit shut-off valves.
