Site work and paving for a road / highway in Goodridge, Alberta. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Grading, Granular Base Course, Asphalt Concrete Pavement, Illumination and Other Work on various locations on Highway 881:21, 881:22 & 881:24 (North of Lac la Biche to South of Anzac). The project will be rolled out for construction in three (3) separate projects: (P1) Hwy 881:21 km 19.400 to Hwy 881:21 km 47.100 (Construction WAC0084549) (P2) Hwy 881:22 km 25.400 to Hwy 881:22 km 34.400 (Construction WAC0095527) (P3) Hwy 881:22 km 64.900 to Hwy 881:24 km 33.000 (Construction WAC0095528) TIMELINE: Plans complete. Construction is tentatively planned for 2026. The owner is currently looking to engage an engineering consultant to provide Construction Supervision & Contract Administration, Post Construction Warranty Inspection services. This RFP is only open to CAP Management Services, Helix Engineering Ltd., and McElhanney Ltd. Tender packages are currently being prepared; each project is expected to be tendered separately. The tender for Project P1 is expected to be out for bidding sometime in fall 2025.
