Site work for a water / sewer project in Williston, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of April 1, 2019, this project has not yet been awarded. It is expected to be awarded in a couple of weeks. The Work is comprised of one (1) Contract: The Work generally consists of furnishing and installing the following approximate quantities: Contract No. 1 Pipeline Construction: Construction generally consists of furnishing and installing all site work including installation of the following approximate quantities: 27,650 feet of 2.0-inch water pipeline; 28,600 feet 4.0-inch water pipeline; 8,225 feet of 6.0-inch water pipeline; and 24,790 feet of 8.0-inch water pipeline; twenty-five (25) 2.0-inch, 4.0-inch, 6.0-inch and 8.0-inch gate valves; one (1) prefabricated steel vault pump station; one (1) meter/PRV concrete manhole vault; one (1) CR30 process pipe improvements; nine (9) air release valves with PVC pits and curb stops; five (5) 2.0-inch flush hydrant assemblies; five (5) 6.0-inch flush hydrant assemblies; fifty-nine (61) curb stops and frost proof residential meter setter units; 150 feet of 6.0-inch with 10.0-inch POLY cased bore; 18,705 feet of 1.0-inch, 2.0-inch, 4.0-inch, 6.0-inch and 8.0-inch POLY bores; fifty-eight (58) Gas/Oil/Salt Line verifications; twenty-two (22) tie-ins to existing; one temporary pumping system; tracer wire; excavation; backfill; engineered fill; compaction and pressure testing; disinfection, and all associated valves, fittings, and appurtenances; signage; gravel bedding; restoration and seeding. All bids shall be contained in a sealed envelope plainly marked showing that such envelope contains a Bid for the Project. Also refer to Section 00100 for preparation of bid information. Attached to the outside of the bid envelope shall be a separate envelope containing a list of all addenda to the plans and specifications and an acknowledgment by the bidder of receipt of such addenda. The separate envelope shall also contain a bidder's bond in the amount of 5% of the full amount of bid executed by the bidder as principal and by a surety, conditioned that if the principal's bid is accepted and the contract awarded to the principal, the principal, within 15 days after notice of award shall execute a contract in accordance with the terms of the bid and a contractor's bond as required by law and the regulations and determinations of the governing body. Countersignature of a bid bond is not required under this section. All bidders must be licensed for the full amount of the bid as required by Section 47-07-05. A copy of the Contractor's License or Certificate of Renewal thereof, issued by the Secretary of State, must be enclosed in the bid bond envelope as required under Section 47-07-12. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with Title 40 CFR 35.3145(d). The requirements for bidders and contractors under this regulation concern utilization of Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women's Business Enterprises (WBE), and Small Business Enterprises (SBE) and are explained in the specifications. The goal for MBE is 2% of the total dollar value of the project. The goal for WBE is 3% of the total dollar value of the project. MBE/WBE Subcontractor Solicitation Information shall be enclosed in the required Bid Bond envelope. Failure to include the form in the Bid Bond Envelope will result in the Bid not being opened. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, as amended. The requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications. Contracts shall be awarded on the basis of the low Bid submitted by a responsible and responsive Bidder deemed most favorable to the Authority's interest. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality in any Bid, to hold all Bids for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening Bids. The Work shall be Complete no later than the following: Contract No. 1 Pipeline Construction: Interim Substantial Completion: July 12, 2019 This work includes all material, installation and testing for the CR37 corridor pipeline that needs relocation for the CR37 County road project. Area includes pipeline routing in sections 22, 34 and 35 in T150N R98W and sections 1 and 2 in T149N R98W. Substantial Completion: October 15, 2019 Final Completion: October 30, 2019 All Bidders are invited to be present at the public opening of the Bids.
