Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a office development; retail development; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project involves the construction of a multi-purpose office and retail building, a parking lot, and an office building. A more exact scope of work has not been announced including the total square footage of the facility. All Bid Proposals shall be submitted on a copy of the Bid Forms in the Project Manual. Forms may be copied and you need not submit the entire manual with your bid. Bid Security in the amount of the Bid amount must accompany each bid that exceeds $50,000. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities. All bidders must have a current license from the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board to be considered. The Bid Proposal and contracted work shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances and regulations. The City of North Little Rock and Alessi Keyes Construction, acting on their behalf, encourages the participation of small, minority and women's business enterprises in this bidding process.
