Renovation of a mixed-use development in Canyon Lake, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 28,731-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and 11,988-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
As of October 21, 2019, construction is complete. Information regarding the general contractor has not been disclosed. The content team is currently making inquiries to this end. A renovation of the existing Wells Fargo Building at 1000 North Walnut Avenue, New Braunfels, Texas and the Seele Plaza at 1040 North Walnut Avenue, New Braunfels,Texas. The construction consists of approximately 28,731 square feet of space in the Wells Fargo Building and approximately 11,998 square feet of space in the Seele Plaza Building. The Project will include but not be limited to final cleaning, selective building demolition including coring and concrete sawcutting, concrete pour back at sawcut areas,cast in place concrete, masonry, structural steel framing and/or supports for the HVAC equipment, rough carpentry, architectural woodwork, solid surface countertops, metal wall panels, rainscreen attachment center, membrane roofing repair, thermal insulation, joint sealants, steel door frames, hollow metal frames, hollow metal doors, wood doors, aluminum-framed entrances and storefronts, finish hardware, glazing, aluminum curtain wall systems, louvers and vents, mirrors, gypsum board assemblies, tiling, acoustical panel ceilings, engineered wood floors, resilient wall base and accessories, linoleum flooring, carpet tile, FRP, painting, multi-color interior finishing, dry erase coating writable surface coating, vi sual display boards, signage, wall and door protection, toilet accessories, fire protection specialties, mobile shelving, metal walkway covers, projection screens, horizontal mini blinds, electric roller window shades, wheelchair lift, fire suppression system, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, electronic safety and security, earthwork, exterior improvements and utilities. *Project information, including timeline and contacts, has been obtained through public sources.
