The project, R-2828, extends the Triangle Expressway on new alignment in Wake and Johnston Counties from just east of US 401 to I-40. Interested parties should send a request, by e-mail only, to rfq_package_request@ncdot.gov for a formal package detailing the requirements for submitting a Statement of Qualifications.
