Ginny Parker Field at Staples High School - 70 North Avenue, Westport d. PJ Romano Field at Saugatuck Elementary School - 170 Riverside Drive, Westport Key Dates: Final Questions from Bidders: February 22, 2019 at 4:00 P.M. Final Addendum Issued: February 26, 2019 at 4:00 P.M. Phase 1 Construction Schedule Anticipated Construction Commencement: May 31, 2019 (Staples Stadium and Wakeman B) Staples Stadium Project Completion: September 28, 2019 (120 days) Wakeman B Project Completion: August 29, 2019 (90 days) Phase 2 Construction Schedule Anticipated Construction Commencement: June 1, 2020 (Ginny Parker and PJ Romano) Ginny Parker Project Completion: August 30, 2020 (90 days) PJ Romano Project Completion: August 30, 2020 (90 days) The Town of Westport reserved the right to waive any defects and informality in the bidding or in any bid, to reject any or all bids for any reason whatsoever and to accept that bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Westport.
