Renovation of an educational facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a seven-story above grade educational facility.

The Engineering Research Center (ERC) located on the Uptown West Campus of the University of Cincinnati is now 20+ years old. Designed in the mid 1990's by one of the university's signature architects, ERC is a seven-story, steel-framed building. The building envelope, including the two-story connector between ERC and Rhodes Hall, consists of the following materials: 1) Brick; 2) Stone; 3) Precast concrete; 4) Copper roofing and wall panels; 5) Aluminum windows and curtain wall; and 6) Single-ply EPDM roofing. General Contract :$2,800,000.00
