Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Bidders are invited to bid on a combined contract, including general, mechanical and electrical work for the HVAC and Lighting Upgrades at the Douglas County 1215 Building. Bids shall be on a Lump Sum basis as indicated on the Bidding Documents. The Owner would like substantial completion of the project within 24 weeks from contract award including all accepted alternates. Anticipated award of contract and construction commencement date is February 6, 2020. Any interpretation or corrections to contract documents arising from bid questions will be made by addendum only. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany the Bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The Owner reserved the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids as may be deemed in the Owner's interest.
