Project Number-1501995 The City of Huntington Beach (City) has a need to relocate the existing Heil Avenue Storm Water Pumps from the existing facility located at 7231 Heil Avenue on the west side of the Murdy Channel to a new constructed facility on a vacant lot at 7241 Heil Avenue on the east side Murdy Channel. There will be a total of four pumps at the new pump station, each with a natural gas engine drive and all appurtenances per the plans. The building will be of concrete masonry units (concrete block), with structural steel roof support system, metal roof decking, and built-up bituminous roofing. The Contractor shall be responsible for acquiring any additional lay down area, and all permits and permit fees. The existing Heil Avenue Pump Station shall remain in operation until the new pump station is operational. The old station shall be demolished once City approves operation of the new pump station. The duration of the project shall be 240 working days.
