As of February 19, 2025, all trades have been awarded. Bid Package #2 is currently out to bid under a separate listing. Construction is expected to start March 2025 through June 2025. Total Budget for both packages is $12.5M to $14M The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. This is already a Lott Brothers awarded project / SUB BIDS ONLY This is the final sub bidding round for award of the OFFSITE UTILITY PACAKGE: - Traffic Control & Barricades - Select Site Demo - Erosion Control - Wet Utilities = Utility Boring - Concrete Paving / Pavement Repair - Curb & Gutter Repair / Replacement NOTE: Prevailing Wage Rates REQUIRED This Bid Package is ONLY for the OFFSITE relate Work. A future Bid Package will be forthcoming for the Onsite / Building Scopes Bid Package 2 is due to come out January / February 2025. 20,244 sf new ground up fire station for the City of College Station. Lott Brothers is the awarded CMaR Contractor. Project is projected to break ground in April 2025. This project is included in the city's FY 2024 Capital Improvement Program.
