Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of grading and preparation of base associated with installation of 1,000 feet of HMA paved bike path, 450 SF 7-in concrete sidewalk, storm sewer installation, including 80LF of 38 60RCP, and related work. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the Base Bid, payable to the Fitchburg Treasurer, as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file Agreement and Bond within 15 days of award. Performance and Payment Bonds, each 100% of the bid, with executed agreement is required of successful bidder.
