Renovation of a water / sewer project in Bracebridge, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

For the supply and installation of components related to Sewage Treatment Plant Headworks Upgrades and modifications. - Supply and installation of two (2) Claro mechanical step screens and stainless-steel screen tanks; - Two (2) Claro wash press compactors and associated discharge piping; - Two (2) Claro mechanical vortex grit chambers complete with associated piping and components; - Two (2) Claro spiral grit classifiers complete with hydrocyclones, piping and components; - Two (2) Claro parshall flume flow meters; - Two (2) 7.5 HP grit slurry pumps; - Piping modifications, including the installation of valves, piping and related equipment as described in the plans and specifications; - Supply and installation of three (3) 70 HP high-lift pumps and related pumping chamber; - Supply and installation of two (2) 7.5 HP overflow pumps and related lift station; - Supply and installation of four (4) HDPE DR 17 forcemains each approximately 50 m in length including 100 mm dia., 250 mm dia., 300mm dia., and 600 mm dia.; - Supply and installation of a steel trussed roof as described in the plans and specifications; - Building expansion and modifications including the addition of a washroom/shower room, mechanical room and an electrical and control room including PLC, MCC, Controls, and switch gear; - Supply and installation of pad mounted electric generator including foundation; - Steel fabricated channel work and associated components. - Steel fabricated support frames, catwalks, stairs and railings. - Supply and installation of two (2) treated water booster pumps and associated valves and fittings to provide necessary service water throughout the plant. - Supply and installation of a pad mounted septage receiving system. - Supply and installation of two (2) activated carbon odour treatment systems complete with all required ducting and pipe work. - Supply and installation of a new heating and ventilation system including ten (10) hot water unit heaters and two (2) fire tube boiler units complete with piping and valving. - All related regulatory agency requirements; - All other required work and work that is described in the plans and specifications in the Proposal documents.
