The 173 Fighter Wing intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to repair the Maintenance Ramp at the 173d Fighter Wing, Kingsley Field, Klamath Falls, Oregon (Klamath County). The scope of this project is full depth replacement of concrete in accordance with, but not limited to: UFC 3-260-01 Airfield and heliport Planning and Design, UFC 3-260-02 Pavement Design for Airfields, UFC 3-230-06A Subsurface drainage and ETL 97-5. The project also includes, but not limited to: contaminated soil disposal in accordance with DEQ requirements, replacement of storm sewer, electrical vaults, airfield lighting and installation of a utility corridor. There are five option CLIN's: Option 1 Construct temporary haul road 1A. Option 2 Construct temporary haul road 1B. Option 3 Demolish temporary haul road. Option 4 Relocate existing fuel tank.
