Renovation of an educational facility in Lewiston, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include this project is to replace two existing mechanical roof-top units on the roof of the Sam Glenn Complex. The new mechanical system will consist of the following: Three (3) VRF outdoor units located on the roof, piped together to function as a single unit that simultaneously serves the West and East center pods. A control system interface to the existing Johnson Controls BAS to improve the LCSC staff's operational awareness and enhance their remote troubleshooting ability. WEST CENTER POD Twenty-one (21) ductless VRF indoor units serving zones within the West center pod A dedicated outside air system (DOAS), with energy recovery, providing ventilation from the roof curb and duct work formerly occupied by the existing multi-zone unit EAST CENTER POD Three (3) ducted VRF indoor units serving zones within the East center pod An energy recovery ventilator (ERV) to provide ventilation A bid bond in the amount of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
