Site work for a water / sewer project in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The 2330 pressure zone is one of the City's highest zones and is served by one 5 million gallon water reservoir constructed in1998. During a 15 hour SNWA emergency water outage, emergency operations had to be made to insure this reservoir wasable to provide the volume of water needed for this pressure zone. This project will add an additional 5 million gallons of storage adjacent to the existing storage tank and will provide for reliable flow and storage in the 2330 pressure zone. As of july 22, 2022, this project is currently in the FY 2023-2027 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2024. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2022. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
