Renovation of a mixed-use development in Boone, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; educational facility; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of selective demolition, trenching, backfill and compaction, and precast manhole installation for 930 linear feet of new high-pressure steam and condensate return installation. Bids will be received for single-prime contract. All proposals shall be lump sum. Bidder's questions will be entertained in writing until 5:00 pm on Monday, February 25, 2019. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 30 days. Payment will be made based on ninety-five percent (95%) of monthly estimates and final payment made upon completion and acceptance of work.
