Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
This project will help extend the existing rail trail by spanning over I-277 from South End to Uptown. This scope includes a new two-span cable stay arch bridge over I-277. The construction work includes grading, storm drainage, retaining walls, abutments, pedestrian bridge, lighting, curb, and concrete multi-use path. The City of Charlotte reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities as it may deem to be in its best interest. A DBE Contract Goal of 6% has been established for this project. Question Deadline - 10/28/2024 Please submit questions or inquiries at least seven (7) calendar days before the Bid Due Date.
