New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is seeking a consultant or consultant team to manage construction of the New York City Public Health Lab, which consists of the ground-up construction of a new municipal health lab on a site within the Harlem Hospital Campus. The Project will consist of approximately 230,000 gross square feet of new construction, including laboratories and support spaces; offices; a walk-in clinic; and administration, mechanical, and circulation spaces as required. NYCEDC plans to select a Construction Management consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP, which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, experience and quality of any subcontractors proposed, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, and the proposed fee.
