Renovation of a mixed-use development in Powell, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of March 4,2019: The project has not started yet but is expected to be completed within 170 calendar days. Powell Middle School Kitchen Renovations All Questions are to be directed to Tom Seagle, Knox County Procurement Construction & Contracts Specialist at tom.seagle@knoxcounty.org. Qualified Bidders (General Contractors) shall obtain Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents at the office of Cope Associates, Inc., 2607 Kingston Pike, Suite 5, Knoxville, TN 37919, upon deposit of a check for $500.00 made payable to Cope Associates, Inc. for one (1) set of documents. Documents may be shipped, provided Bidder’s deposit check, and account number for desired shipper, has been received in the Office of Cope Associates, Inc. The full amount of the deposit will be only be refunded to Unsuccessful Bidders, provided that the Drawings and Project Manual are returned to the office of the Architect in good condition within 14 calendar days after opening of bids. Sub-Bidders and Vendors may purchase, at their cost, complete sets of bid documents directly from printer or obtain them from General Contractor.
