Due to narrow road right-of-way widths (30' wide) on most streets, additional property acquisition for fee/easement areas is needed as ex. curb and sidewalks are located on many properties along the roadways. Following the completion of design, additional property acquisition for Phase 1 will begin in FY2022 with construction to begin in FY2023. FY2024-Contingency increase/price escalation. FY2025 & FY2027 price escalation 10% increase.
