Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winter Garden, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Winter Garden, Florida is soliciting proposals from qualified professional underground utility contractors that are interested in providing construction services for the Citys 9th Street water and wastewater improvements on 9th Street from Regal Pointe Blvd. to Plant Street. In selecting the contractor, the City shall consider such factors as the ability and availability of the contractors resources (personnel and equipment); past performance; willingness to meet time schedules; recent, current, and projected workloads; past experience with similar projects and cost. Contractors interested in providing the construction services shall submit one (1) original and four (4) copies of their proposal to the City of Winter Garden Reception desk by the submission deadline to the attention of: Jon Williams Assistant City Manager for Public Services City of Winter Garden RFP #16-020 300 W. Plant Street Winter Garden, FL 34787 No fax or electronic submissions will be accepted. Each proposer shall be required to purchase an RFP package from the Engineer prior to submitting his/her/its proposal and have a representative attend a MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING. The City of Winter Garden reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or total, any or all proposals and to waive any informalities as deemed in the best interest of the City. All proposals must be marked on the outside of the envelope with the proposers name, project name, and the time and date of opening. It shall be the BIDDERS responsibility to ensure that proposals are delivered to the above address by the appointed time.
