The City of Winter Garden, Florida is soliciting proposals from qualified professional underground utility contractors that are interested in providing construction services for the Citys 9th Street water and wastewater improvements on 9th Street from Regal Pointe Blvd. to Plant Street. In selecting the contractor, the City shall consider such factors as the ability and availability of the contractors resources (personnel and equipment); past performance; willingness to meet time schedules; recent, current, and projected workloads; past experience with similar projects and cost.
