Demolition/removal of existing chain-link fencing and gates. 2. Demolition/removal of existing storm drainage piping & structures. 3. Minor earth grading for better playfield standards and drainage. 4. Installation of new storm drainage piping & structures. 5. Installation of ADA ramp, concrete walks and asphalt walks. 6. Installation of new chain-link fencing, infield bases, and home plate. 7. Installation of new Bermuda sod and skinned sand areas. 8. Installation of water fountain and automatic underground irrigation systems.
