Site work and new construction of a laboratory facility in Springfield, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a laboratory facility; and for site work for a laboratory facility.
The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) requests bids for Construction services to complete EWEB Lab and Backup Services Building at the Hayden Bridge Filtration Plant. The project includes the construction of a new building housing a water quality laboratory, office space, and related facilities and appurtenances. Bidders shall meet Minimum Contractor and Specialty Subcontractor Qualifications as defined in Section 00450. Contractor shall have successfully managed/completed: - During the past ten (10) years, at least three (3) multi discipline commercial building projects of $2,000,000 or larger bid price. At least one of the projects shall have included insulated precast concrete wall panels. - During the past five (5) years, At least two (2) projects which included complex process plumbing and HVAC systems for laboratory or tech sector projects. The proposed construction superintendent shall be currently employed by the qualified General Contractor and shall have been the construction superintendent on no less than two (2) multi discipline commercial building projects of $1,000,000 or larger bid price during the last five years.
