The Parish of Ascension hereby issues a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Setting/Installation of Culverts/Driveways. East Ascension Consolidated Gravity Drainage District No. 1 Setting/ Installation of Culverts Scope: Provide labor, equipment and supervision to install drainage culverts within in the right of ways of parish road drainage ditches or parish maintained drainage ditches within dedicated servitudes. Procurement Reference: 2 CFR 200.317 Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative Agreements to State, Local and Federally Recognized Indian Tribal Governments Procurement. The contractor will be responsible for getting all necessary permits and scheduling inspections. Ascension Parish Government requires a Contractor's License for "all" Commercial Permits. The Parish of Ascension reserves the right to disqualify any Bid , response to a Request for Qualifications, or Request for Proposals if it is determined that the submitting business entity is not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State or is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana. Ascension Parish Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
