The Project consists of the construction of a LEED certified, 13,768 sq. ft., single story rest area buildings to replace the existing structure on tthe SB site SR 93/I-75 MP 0.498. The site will have a 533 sq. ft. maintenance building with an attached, walled dumpster enclosure and two large picnic shelters at 988 square foot each and six small picnic shelters at 364 square foot each.Contract Documents The summary of pay items for this project is listed in the Plans. Prequalification per Rule 14-22 is not required. A Builder's License or General Contractor's License is required for this project.
