Site work and paving for a civil project in Hillsdale, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Interchange replacement at Highway 400 and Highway 88, including replacement of the Highway 88 Underpass and replacement of Highway 400 and 9th Line Overpass to accommodate the future widening of Highway 400 to an ultimate 10-lane cross section. Highway 400 structural rehabilitation at 13th Line Overpass and Line 12 Structural Culvert, in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury. The new structure will be north of the existing structure to maintain traffic on Highway 88 throughout construction. Provisions for full illumination at the Highway 88 Interchange Provisions for active transportation across the Highway 88 structure, as section is included in the current Provincial Cycling Plan Secondary Route. Removal of existing bridge structure at Highway 400/ 9th Line Overpass (Site #30-308/1&2) and replacement to accommodate for the future widening of Highway 400 to the 10-lane ultimate cross section. TIMELINE: The Civil Engineer has completed detail condition surveys and detailed designs of the structures at Highway 400 and Line 13 (Sites #30-351/1&2) and the Highway 400 and Line 12 Structural Culvert (Site # 30-567/C). Contract package preparation s underway. Tendering & construction will proceed with the Bradford Bypass, followed separately. Coverage of this report is discontinued.
