Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Cleveland, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 98,500-square-foot educational facility; and for the renovation of a 21,500-square-foot educational facility.

This project is an addition to Cleveland HS totalling approximately 120,000 SF of new construction with approximately 21,500 SF interior renovation upon completion of the new addition. SEDALCO is the the Construction Manager at Risk for the CISD Bond Program. This solicitation is for all elements of the Building Addition, Interior Renovation, limited sidewalks/flatwork, site lighting, and any low voltage elements at the site (i.e. communications, security cameras). An Early Site Package was previously issued and will be contracted seperately which includes all site excavation/grading/paving preparation, all site utilities (to within 5' of building line), all site paving, pavement markings, limited sidewalks, and conduits and light poles for site lighting. *Please be sure to review section 011000 ALTERNATES and include any alternates in your proposal that are related to your scope(s) of work. Note Alternate 1 will affect almost all trades, as it involves construction of aditional classrooms. All bidders are asked to bid the project per plans and specifications, but are strongly encouraged to provide additional value by offer value engineering and/or cost reduction ideas related to their work.
