Site work, paving, outdoor lighting, new construction, remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Trumbull, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 186-unit multi-residential development; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse / community center.

The development consists of 186 individual apartments of elderly affordable housing located at 200 Hedgehog Circle, Trumbull CT. The scope of work consists of the complete modernization of 19 apartments, exterior work to 167 apartments, community building and site work and the following direct performing trades are incorporated into the scope of work and are encouraged to respond to this solicitation; finish carpentry, trim and millwork, painting, door and window installation, flooring, electrical and plumbing, new hot water heaters, site lighting upgrades, sidewalk and site paving, appliances, kitchens and bath fixtures, roofing, siding and gutters. This contract solicitation is for Labor Only self- performed contracts. All materials are being supplied by Owner/Construction Manager. Exceptions to Owner supplied material contracts are noted in the scope of work. The owner is a Tax Exempt governmental organization. CT State Prevailing Wages – Residential Rates do apply and will be supplied to all bidders.
