Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.

The major work to include Base Bid and Alternate Bid items, and will consist of the following: parking lot improvements, basketball court, bleacher, playground, park pavilion, park furnishings, landscaping, park lighting, pedestrian paths, and trail with pedestrian bridge and boardwalk. To ensure potential bidders are kept up to date of any new information pertinent to this project, all interested parties are requested to email Expressions of Interest in this procurement to the City Project Manager and the Design Engineer. The email should include the company's name, contact person and that individual's email address and phone number. All Addenda will be distributed directly to those who have expressed an interest in the procurement and will also be posted in the City of Fort Worth's purchasing If a prebid conference is held, the presentation and any questions and answers provided at the prebid conference will be issued as an Addendum to the call for bids. If a prebid conference is not being held, prospective bidders can e-mail questions or comments in accordance with Section 6 of the Instructions to Bidders referenced above to the project manager(s) at the e-mail addresses listed below. Emailed questions will suffice as "questions in writing." If necessary, Addenda will be issued pursuant to the Instructions to Bidders. City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids. AWARD City will award a contract to the Bidder presenting the lowest price, qualifications and competencies considered. FUNDING Any Contract awarded under this INVITATION TO BIDDERS is expected to be funded from revenues generated from the 2018 Bond Program and Park Dedication Funds and reserved by the City for the Project.
