The Housing Authority Of The City Of Milwaukee, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, will receive sealed bids for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials and for performing all work necessary and incidental for Parking Structure Repair at Central Support West Administrative questions regarding bidding and contract requirements may be directed to David Flores of the Housing Authority, 414-286 2936, david.flores@hacm.org. Interested parties for the bid documents from the Housing Authority may also contact Mr. Flores to be registered as a plan holder. Administrative questions specifically about Section 3 and Emerging Business Enterprises (EBE) requirements may be directed to Gabriel DeVougas of the Housing Authority, 414-286-2940, gmdevou@hacm.org. The Housing Authority will assist bidders/contractors in developing a plan to comply with Section 3 and EBE requirements. Where appropriate, the bidder must comply with Executive Order 11246, Federal Labor Standards, Equal Opportunity requirements, and related program requirements as detailed in the Contract Documents. This contract opportunity is a Section 3 Covered Contract, and Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to respond. The Housing Authority Is An Eeo/Aa/Ada Employer.
