Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility.
Amherst Community Policing and Training Center Restroom Improvements The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all equipment, labor and materials to demolish the existing toilet rooms, floor finishes, and cutting and capping all plumbing lines as needed to provide for new toilet rooms construction. Contractor shall construct new male and female multiple occupant toilet rooms, two (2) handicap unisex toilet rooms, a new mechanical closet, new kitchen area, and upgrade the water service. A decorative steel structure will also be demolished as per drawings. Contractor is responsible to obtain all building permits (all fees waived). All Contractor work shall be as per the design plans and in accordance with the contract documents. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, payable to the Town of Amherst, New York, or bond with sufficient sureties, in a sum equal to twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500.00), conditioned that if the proposal is accepted, the Contractor will enter into a contract for the same, and will execute such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract. The Town of Amherst reserves the right to waive informalities in or to reject any and all bids. The Town of Amherst reserves the right to extend this bid to other municipalities and qualifying divisions as set forth under NYGML.
