QA Expiration Date is 12/11/2019 5:00:00 PM CST NEW FIRE STATION NO. 5-Southeast Corner of National Parkway and South Holland Road WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. New construction for a new one-story Type II-B fire station building including four apparatus bays, offices, dorm, dining functions and all associated site work as indicated on the Drawings. Building construction includes slab on grade with pier and grade beam foundations, load-bearing CMU, cold-formed metal framing with brick veneer and metal wall panel cladding including continuous insulation and standing seam metal roof on steel joist framing.
