Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,906-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for the addition of a 4,393-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
Project consists of building additions and upgrades to Sisler High School. Four major components of the work are as follows and further described below: .1 Two Storey Elevator Addition and Renovations to Two Storey 1956 Classroom Wing. .2 One Storey Life Skills Addition and Renovations to existing Life Skills Suite. .3 Building Envelope Upgrades to Two Storey 1956 Classroom Wing, and One Storey 1956 Library Wing including exterior wall and roofing replacements. .4 Mechanical Steam Boiler System Replacement c/w associated steam piping, steam condensate piping, steam convectors, pumps, etc.
