Site work and renovation of a civil project in Flower Mound, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials (except as otherwise specified), and performing all work necessary for the construction of the lift station improvements to include the replacement of the two small 77 HP pumps, relocation of existing pumps, the upsize of the mechanical piping and valving to 20" diameter, structural upgrades to the vault, vault modifications, replacement of the existing monorail hoist, the installation of a new 750 kW generator, site piping modifications, site grading, and electrical and instrumentation improvements. All questions must be submitted in writing (no exceptions) to purchasing@flower-mound.com Questions will not be answered over the phone by the Engineer and/or Engineering Design Firm. Substantially Complete the Work- 425 CALENDAR DAYS Substantially Complete the Work- 455 CALENDAR DAYS Questions Deadline: January 28, 2022 at 11:00am (CT) March 7th, 2022 is the anticipated award date Per owner, all bids were rejected, and this project will re-bid at a future date and time TBD.
