Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Green Cove Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for the construction of a 7,800-square-foot municipal facility.

Phase One of the project includes construction of a new Public Works Administration Building. Future phases will include demolishing the existing Public Works administration building, new vehicle maintenance building, new storage building, covered parking and city vehicle wash bay, new employee parking spaces, new warehouse building, and relocated fuel station The City of Green Cove Springs is accepting written proposals from all qualified and interested professional consulting parties, firm and/or individuals, to provide Construction Management Services for the Public Works Administration Building. The successful Respondent will provide the professional services in support of the construction of the Public Works Administration Building. Proposals shall be labeled LC 2018-01, Construction Management Services for the Public Works Administration building. All Respondents wishing to be considered are responsible for making certain their response is received at the proper place and time. No oral, telegraphic, electronic, facsimile, or telephonic responses or modifications will be considered. Responses received after the scheduled submittal deadline will be immediately returned unopened. The Selection Committee will review the qualifications no later than July 26,2018. A recommendation for City Council action will take place during the August 6, 2018 city council meeting.
